No recall notices have been posted here. If you have a question about a product or lot, contact us below.

If your product is recalled

  1. Stop using it. Do not sell, share, or give it away.
  2. Check the product name, flavor, package size, lot number, and dates against the notice.
  3. Keep the product and packaging separate from items in use, securely away from children and pets.
  4. Follow the notice’s return or disposal instructions. Contact us before bringing an affected product to the store or mailing it.

Keep the label, receipt, and any photos that help identify the product. If the lot number is missing or unreadable, contact us anyway.

Product warnings

  • For adults 21 and older. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Products may contain THC and can cause a failed drug test. All THCs have psychoactive properties.
  • Do not drive or operate machinery after use.
  • Pregnant or nursing women should consult a healthcare provider before use.
  • These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
  • Read your product’s label for ingredients, allergens, serving size, directions, and batch information.

Tell us the product, lot number and batch date, where and when you purchased it, what happened, and how to reach you. Photos of the label can be sent by email. Missing details should not stop you from contacting us.

Report a safety concern.

Use this form for an adverse reaction, packaging or labeling problem, suspected contamination, or help with a recall. Parents, caregivers, and retailers can report here too.

Your report is private and saved in our owner inbox for safety review and follow-up. Safety records are retained for at least three years and may be shared with the manufacturer or regulators when needed. This does not sign you up for marketing.
